Understanding plans and billing

The three plans

• Core — $97/month (or $970/year): the full studio management platform — scheduling, the teacher and family portals, documents and e-sign, invoicing through your own Stripe, recitals, reports, and support.

• Plus — $197/month (or $1,970/year): everything in Core, plus Routing — drive-time-aware planning for in-home lesson routes, which also lets families find a home trial-lesson time online.

• Pro — $497/month (or $4,970/year): everything in Plus, plus done-for-you review collection and active Google Business Profile optimization, delivered via CLIENTI.

Yearly billing works out to roughly two months free compared with paying monthly.

Managing your subscription

Go to Settings → Billing and click Manage billing. This opens your secure Stripe billing portal, where you can:

• Switch plans (Core / Plus / Pro) or switch between monthly and yearly.

• Update your payment card.

• Download past invoices and receipts.

• Cancel — your subscription runs to the end of the paid period, and you can resume it from the same portal before it lapses.

Two separate Stripe things

Your Encore subscription (what you pay us) and your connected Stripe account (how families pay you) are independent. Changing your plan never touches your client payments, and vice versa.

Locked features

Features above your plan appear locked in the sidebar — for example, Routing is visible but locked on Core. Upgrading unlocks them immediately, with no re-setup.
